Service description
Kimlik eSIM provides access to prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans from the current eSIMAccess catalog. Plans do not provide a conventional telephone number, SMS or voice calling unless a specific plan explicitly states otherwise. Inventory, destination coverage, partner networks, data allowance, validity, speed and price can change.
Your responsibilities before purchase
- Confirm that the exact device model and regional variant support eSIM.
- Confirm that the device is network-unlocked.
- Review the destination, allowance, validity and network information shown for the plan.
- Use the correct USDT TRC20 network, address and exact displayed amount.
- Keep QR codes, LPA credentials and wallet credentials private.
Payment and delivery
Balance top-ups are paid in USDT on TRON TRC20. The displayed exact amount is used to match a blockchain transfer. Once a valid transfer is confirmed, the paid amount is credited to the user’s bot balance. Purchased eSIM details are delivered automatically through Telegram after successful provisioning.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by Kimlik eSIM. Sending another asset, using another network or sending to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss.
Activation and connectivity
Installation requires an internet connection. A QR code can usually be installed only once. Coverage and speed depend on the selected plan, compatible device, location, local partner network, congestion and radio conditions. 5G is available only where the device, package and network all support it.
Cancellations
An eSIM may be cancelled only if it has never been installed or used and the supplier accepts the cancellation. Successful refunds are credited to the bot balance. See the refund policy for details.
Acceptable use and availability
Users must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with the bot or payment matching, attempt unauthorized access, abuse network resources or violate the rules of involved carriers and jurisdictions. Service availability may be interrupted by Telegram, blockchain infrastructure, suppliers, carriers, maintenance or events outside reasonable control.
Business, governing law and support
Kimlik eSIM operates from Sweden. These terms and the service are governed by applicable Swedish law, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that may apply. Contact @kimliksupport with the order number when assistance is needed. Never send private wallet keys. Treat eSIM QR codes and LPA credentials as secrets.
