When an eSIM can be refunded
The cancellation option is available only when the eSIM profile has not been installed, activated or used and has not already been refunded. Eligibility is checked against the eSIM status before cancellation.
When cancellation succeeds, the amount paid for the eSIM is returned to your bot balance—not sent back as an on-chain USDT transfer.
When an eSIM cannot be refunded
- The profile has been installed.
- Any data has been used.
- The eSIM was already cancelled or refunded.
- The supplier reports that the profile is not eligible for cancellation.
Because QR codes and provisioned profiles are digital network products, checking device compatibility before installation is important.
How to request cancellation
- Open “My eSIMs” in the Telegram bot.
- Select the relevant eSIM and open its details.
- Choose “Cancel and refund.”
- Read the permanent-cancellation warning and confirm.
Once confirmed and accepted, the eSIM is permanently closed and cannot be restored.
If the cancellation fails
If the system cannot complete an eligible refund, the bot balance is left unchanged. Try again or contact @kimliksupport with the order number. Do not publish QR codes, LPA credentials or other eSIM secrets in public messages.
