Information used by the service
- Telegram account information: Telegram user/chat ID, username and profile names when supplied by Telegram, plus language preference.
- Order information: order number, selected country, package, price, status and timestamps.
- Payment information: requested amount, wallet/payment address, public TRON transaction ID, sending address, confirmation status and timestamps.
- eSIM information: ICCID, supplier transaction/order references, QR/LPA delivery data, activation and usage status, remaining data and expiry information.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics measures visits and interactions using Google tag ID G-PSMW4Q7LR4. Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration.
- Operational records: request identifiers, error logs, security flags and administrative audit information.
Why this information is processed
The service uses these records to operate the bot, display the catalog, match blockchain payments, maintain account balance, provision and deliver an eSIM, show orders and usage, process eligible cancellations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and provide customer support.
Services involved
Telegram carries bot messages and account identifiers. TRON infrastructure is used to detect USDT TRC20 transfers. eSIMAccess supplies plan inventory and eSIM provisioning. Mobile and roaming networks provide connectivity. Each external service may process information under its own terms and privacy practices.
No identity-document upload
Kimlik eSIM does not ask customers to upload a passport, national ID or identity-verification selfie during the purchase flow. This does not remove the technical and transactional records described above.
Business and support
Kimlik eSIM operates from Sweden. Do not share an eSIM QR code, LPA activation credential, wallet secret or private key with anyone. For a privacy or account-related request, contact @kimliksupport. Some records may need to be retained where necessary to operate the service, handle disputes, secure accounts or meet applicable obligations.
