Information processed
We may process your Telegram ID, username and profile name; web session and account identifiers; order, balance and eSIM records; support messages; IP address and security logs; and public blockchain transaction identifiers used to confirm payment.
Why it is processed
Information is used to authenticate users, complete and deliver orders, monitor payments, display eSIM usage, prevent fraud, provide support, keep audit records and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Necessary information may be processed by Telegram, the eSIM infrastructure provider, TRON/TronGrid services, hosting and database providers. We do not require a passport or identity-document upload for the ordinary purchase flow.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies maintain customer and administrator sessions. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including restricted cookies, origin checks, access controls and audit logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Session records expire according to their configured lifetime. Transaction, order, balance, security and audit records may be retained as necessary for service delivery, disputes, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

You may request information, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the Telegram bot. Some transaction and accounting records, including public blockchain data, cannot be erased or may need to be retained.
